Pen Checker

Daily checking of cattle for illness, doctoring sick cattle, helping receive and ship cattle.

Feed Truck Driver

Daily feeding of cattle promptly.
Operating heavy equipment, maintenance of equipment, silage pit management.

Processor

Induction of cattle upon arrival using low-stress handling
Providing them with feedlot tags, vaccines, implants, brands, etc.

Mechanic

In-house mechanic for all equipment and overall performance of the feedlot

Bedder

Putting down straw during winter months to create a bedding pack for the cattle to lay on to stay warm and dry.

General Feedlot Labor

This job is perfect for someone who likes the opportunity to do something different on a daily/weekly basis.
Jobs Include but not limited to:
Miscellaneous jobs around the feedlot, such as cleaning water bowls, maintaining fences, cleaning and maintaining pens, operating heavy equipment, cattle handling
